RASA YOGA
Rasa Yoga is a creative and soulful vinyasa practice that blends intelligent alignment with functional movement and mobility. Each class is an integrative experience, weaving together asana, biomechanics, mantra, mudra, breathwork, and storytelling through the lens of Tantric yoga philosophy. Rooted in both flow and form, Rasa Yoga offers a space for exploration, expression, and the full alchemy of practice—body, mind, and heart.
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga follows the eight limbs of yoga, instilling discipline through consistent practice. In this 60 min class, we will focus on posture, mindful transitions and building stamina through a structured sequence. Each posture is held for a few seconds before transitioning into the next, creating a dynamic and structured flow. Through repetition, Ashtanga practice helps build stamina, enhances focus and cultivates discipline.Building skill in Asana or making the physical body fit and flexible is a natural outcome; The goal is to gain physical and emotional health.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that synchronizes movement with breath. In Vinyasa, each movement is coordinated with an inhale or exhale, creating a continuous flow of postures. The sequences vary widely from class to class, offering a creative, fluid, and sometimes fast-paced practice. The word “Vinyasa” comes from the Sanskrit term meaning “to place in a special way,” referring to the deliberate linking of movement and breath. This style is often seen as the “yoga of transitions,” as it emphasizes smooth transitions between poses.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that focuses on long-held, passive postures—typically held for 3 to 5 minutes or more. Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga that emphasize muscular engagement, Yin Yoga targets the body’s deeper connective tissues, including the fascia, ligaments, and joints.
This practice is also deeply influenced by the energetic principles of Classical Chinese Medicine, particularly the Five Elements and meridian theory. Postures are designed to stimulate the body’s internal energy channels, or meridians, helping to restore balance, release stagnation, and support overall vitality. By embracing stillness and sustained holds, Yin Yoga offers a unique opportunity to turn inward, regulate the nervous system, and explore a deeper sense of presence and ease.
slow flow with mfr
Slow Flow with MFR-This class combines a slower paced vinyasa yoga practice with Self Myofascial Release (SMFR) techniques using therapy balls to alleviate muscle tension, improve joint mobility and offer relaxation. We’ll ease into movement with restorative postures on the mat and a SMFR roll-out. We’ll then transition into vinyasa-style elements to gently wake up our bodies before winding back down into another SMFR roll-out, rebalancing restorative postures and full-body rest.
Restorative with reiki
Restorative Yoga with Reiki blends the deeply nourishing stillness of restorative postures with the subtle healing energy of Reiki. As you rest in fully supported poses—each held for several minutes—Reiki is offered either with light, hands-on touch or as a non-contact energetic transmission.
This unique combination gently activates the parasympathetic nervous system, reduces stress, and allows your body's energy to realign and restore balance. Rooted in both Eastern energetic traditions and modern therapeutic wisdom, this class offers a sanctuary for deep rest, emotional release, and inner connection.
